Shipping policy

Postal Deliveries
We use Royal Mail to provide a safe and reliable service to you, we currently only ship within the U.K. Shipping costs start as low as £3.60 for all other shipping prices please proceed with your purchase to the checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 are not guaranteed delivery times, they are the same as 1st Class and 2nd Class, therefore the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery aim is 1 - 2 days and Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 2 - 5 days.

At Mythic Cardboard, we will ship to the delivery address provided by you, the consumer, upon payment of your order.  

It is your responsibility to check if the delivery address you provide is correct.

If orders sent are refused by you or your representative at the given delivery address or for any reason returned to us any additional charges including re-shipping costs incurred by us here at Mythic Cardboard will be charged to you, the consumer. These charges will need to be paid in full before orders can be re-dispatched.

Please note that neither Royal Mail, nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays. 

Free Shipping
Orders between £30.00 and £75.00 which do not exceed the services' weight limits are eligible for free shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Pre-orders
The manufacturer only allows pre-orders to be dispatched on the day of release and not before, preorders will be dispatched at the earliest possible day depending on the delivery service you have chosen.

We cannot be held responsible for any supplementary cost or inconvenience in the event of a delay in receiving goods from the manufacturers and or distributors.

Any order that includes a pre-order item will be held until all items can be dispatched together. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.
